The Welsh Government have today launched a new digital NHS COVID Pass for residents who have received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccination. This can be shown on international journeys for travelers to prove their vaccination status.
In order to register you will need to know your NHS number, this can be found on a prescription slip, or on a letter received from the hospital. If you do not have any of these we are able to supply your NHS number, please email us at Bellevue.Enquiries@wales.nhs.uk you will need to attach a picture of your photo I.D (diving licence/passport etc). Alternatively please bring in your photo ID to reception and we will be able to provide your NHS number.
