Unfortunately we have had to close Bettws Health Centre today 13th July, 14th July and 15th July due to the build up of heat during the recent heatwave, we will reassess the situation on Thursday and look to open if we can.
Bettws Health Centre patients are fully registered under the Bellevue Group Practice. While the Bettws building is temporarily closed due to the heat, the main Bellevue surgery remains fully open, answering calls, and booking patient appointments at the Bellevue site as needed.If you are a Bettws patient requiring medical assistance, please call usual number 01633 256337 to speak with the reception team, book triage, or manage appointments. If a clinician determines you need a face-to-face consultation, you will be directed to travel to the open Bellevue site. Repeat prescriptions will still be processed, but collection may be routed through your nominated community pharmacy or the main Bellevue surgery site.

Please be aware that when you attend for an appointment at Bellevue Surgery and if you have parked your car in our car park you are required to enter your car registration details into the little screen in reception. We advise patients to use the bigger car park (near to the pharmacy). The other car park is for staff and is restricted to permit holders only.
