The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your prescription to be sent electronically from Bellevue Group Practice directly to your chosen pharmacy.
You no longer need to collect a paper prescription from the surgery in most cases.

Choose Your Pharmacy
You can nominate a pharmacy to receive your electronic prescriptions.
You can:
- Choose any participating pharmacy.
- Change your nominated pharmacy at any time.
- Ask the practice or your pharmacist to update your nomination.
How It Works
- Request your medication in the usual way.
- The GP issues your prescription electronically.
- Your nominated pharmacy receives it securely.
- The pharmacy prepares your medication for collection.

Do I still need to order my repeat medication?
Yes. EPS changes how your prescription is sent, not how you request it.
Can I change my pharmacy?
Yes. You can change your nominated pharmacy whenever you wish.
Is it secure?
Yes. Electronic prescriptions are sent using secure NHS systems.
Will all prescriptions be sent electronically?
Most can be, although there are occasional exceptions where a paper prescription may still be required.
