Current Appointment Information
Patients should telephone the surgery on 01633 256337 to request a GP/Nurse appointment. The receptionist will take your details and you will be added to a triage list for the nurse to review. For urgent same day appointments please ring between 8am and 11am if possible. For routine pre-bookable appointments please call after 2pm. Routine appointments can also be requested by emailing bellevue.enquiries@wales.nhs.uk – please include your name, date of birth and a brief description of your symptoms.
You will then receive a phone call from a receptionist to either arrange a suitable appointment or offer appropriate advice as instructed by the triaging clinicians. The receptionists do not make any decisions around appointments or advice given.
In an emergency, dial 999
Skin Conditions
In some cases of skin issues e.g. rashes/minor cuts etc., we are now able to assess and treat patients with symptoms via the sending and receiving of digital images. You may be asked to send a picture of the affected area rather than come in to the surgery, the nurse triaging your call will advise you if this is appropriate.
