Care for a Cuppa: Carers Wales are now conducting weekly online chats and advice forums using Zoom. Each weekly chat is a 2 hour window for carers in Wales to drop in at any time during the session for help and advice or just a chat. More information can be found here
Me Time: Fun virtual activities for Carers to take part in to give them an opportunity to enjoy activities they are usually restricted from doing. Sessions taking place throughout the week on a regular basis and will include bingo, singing, art and mindfulness. More information can be found here
